Pusetso joined Davis Langdon in 1991 working on the SA Breweries expansion project at Prospecton, Durban.

In 1992 when the project was completed he joined Davis Langdon in Lesotho where he later became a director in 1997. He managed the Botswana office between 1998 and 2000. He has been based in Johannesburg since April 2006.
