Our approach is to provide a cost management service at a fee in line with that charged by the appointed Building Quantity Surveyor in terms of the appropriate fee scales.

In doing so we take into account the value applicable to the building works and calculate the fee at the marginal rate on the value in excess of the building works.

Calculations which show the fees applicable to various project values, using assumed proportions of the various building services, are available where required.

These are compared with the provisions of the SAACE fee scale which would apply where the Engineer provided this service.
