We have been highly commended on retaining the Investors in People standard despite the recent challenges that we have faced within the market. A number of areas of strength and good practice were identified throughout the review including the Graduate Development Programme, the refocus of the delivery of Learning and Development towards greater use of in-house expertise and the sharing of knowledge and information.
