The Columbia Theater for the Performing Arts Renovation and Everett Community College’s Undergraduate Education Center both designed by LMN Architects received merit awards which honored civic architecture with beauty and function. Sammamish Library designed by Perkins + Will received a citation award which honored projects that demonstrated a level of quality and sensitivity in integrated designs. As an integral part of the design teams for these projects, Davis Langdon provided cost management services.
