For this project, Davis Langdon’s research team provided consulting services to a committee of industry experts convened by the University of California’s Office of the President, to examine construction costs on the university campuses.

The research group conducted interviews with each campus’s design and construction group to analyze construction practices and to identify opportunities for cost reduction in future university campus construction projects.
